Who we are
This site belongs to ABRIS, an architecture and interior design studio. The company responsible for your data is SMART ECO HOUSE DOO, branch ABRIS, Donja Lastva br. 11, Tivat, Montenegro, PIB 03347273. For anything about your data, write to abrisdesign@gmail.com or call +382 67 238 668.
The short version
We collect only what you send us and what a website needs to count visits and keep out spam. We do not sell data, run ads or send newsletters. You can ask us to delete everything we have about you.
When you send an enquiry
The form asks what you have, where it is, its approximate area, your timeline, your name, email, phone and a message. Only "what you have" and "where it is" are required; for contact, an email or a phone is enough. The place may be a cadastral parcel number, which in Montenegro can point to the owner, so we treat it as personal data too.
We use the enquiry to reply, to discuss your project and to prepare an offer - that is, to take the steps you asked for before a possible contract. The form is sent to the studio’s mailbox as an email, and a copy goes to the address you gave, so you have a record. The site itself does not keep a database of enquiries.
The studio’s mail runs on Gmail, so enquiries are stored on Google’s servers. We also add enquiry details to the client management system (CRM) where we keep track of projects. Only the studio’s architects read them.
When you write or call directly
If you email us, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose. WhatsApp is a Meta service, and its own terms apply to what you send through it.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open a page with the form, Turnstile checks technical signals - IP address, browser type and similar - to tell a person from a bot. This is necessary for the form to work. Cloudflare’s privacy policy for Turnstile explains what it does with these signals.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_…, which last up to two years and let it tell repeat visits from new ones. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
We look only at totals, not at individual visitors, and Analytics is not connected to any advertising account. You can block it with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser; the site works the same without it.
The site itself sets no cookies of its own.
Video
Some project pages show videos from Vimeo. They load only when you scroll to them and are embedded with Vimeo’s "do not track" setting: the player sets no new cookies apart from a few it needs for security. If you have visited Vimeo before, your browser may still send the cookies Vimeo set then.
Where the data is
The site runs on a server in Germany. Google, Cloudflare, Vimeo and our CRM provider may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we delete your enquiry and correspondence, from our mail and from the CRM, within two years of our last exchange. If we sign a contract, we keep what relates to it for as long as the contract runs and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we have about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop using it. Write to abrisdesign@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Montenegrin supervisory authority - Agencija za zaštitu podataka o ličnosti i slobodan pristup informacijama, Bulevar revolucije 11, Podgorica, azlp.me. If you live in the European Union, you can also turn to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
