Most of our clients own something in Montenegro that does not yet work: a plot with a view and no plan, a 1980s house with good bones, or an apartment that needs to earn its rent. We take it from there.

Ask Us DirectlyYes — most of our clients start that way. We survey the site ourselves, send drawings and 3D views for approval, and meet by video in English, Russian, Ukrainian or Montenegrin. Owners who visit twice a year are normal for us.
We prepare the architectural part of the documentation and coordinate with the local engineers who complete the package, so your application goes in as one coherent set rather than pieces from different offices.
Yes. We produce drawings any competent builder can work from, and we are used to coordinating with local construction companies — some we have worked alongside for more than a decade.
It depends on the area, the condition of the building and how much of the scope you want us to carry. Send us the property details and we will come back with a fixed fee and a realistic schedule before you commit to anything.
No — reconstruction is a large share of our work. Buying an existing house and reworking it is often the faster route to living there, and it is one of the things we do best.
The whole country. Most projects are on the coast — Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar — plus Cetinje and Podgorica, and mountain projects around Žabljak and Durmitor.
Welcome to ABRIS, our family studio. We’re Tina and Anton, and we found Montenegro in 2009. We started in architecture and design back in Ukraine, in 2005 — but this is where we actually became who we are.
The portfolio shows what we’ve designed and built over the years: interiors and buildings in Montenegro and around the world. On the Journal we share more than just stories from the site — what went wrong and how we worked through it — we also write the practical things worth knowing before you start your own project.
What draws us in most are properties with a past: a ruin, a dull ex-Yugoslav house, an apartment where the kitchen ended up in the darkest room and the storage closet got the sea view. Where others shrug and walk away, we find the ergonomic, good-looking answer — and turn it into something worth investing in. Ergonomics gets as much of our attention as looks do.
