ABRIS is a design studio working across Montenegro. We reconstruct houses, villas, apartments and small hotels: we take what already exists and get the most out of it. We design, builders build, we keep watch
Construction is done by trusted local contractors. We supervise the work on your behalf: the right walls in the right places, the installations where the drawings show them, the details not quietly lost once the site gets busy. If you live abroad, this is the part that saves you extra flights and sleepless nights over WhatsApp.
A practical note on timing
Design work goes on all year round. On the coast, heavy construction is restricted from roughly mid-June to mid-September, so starting the design in summer positions you to open the site in September instead of losing a season.

Every property is different, so we do not promise calendar dates on day one. What we can promise: you always know which stage the project is in and what happens next.
