A good interior is not a style you pick from a catalogue. It is a room that works: where you have your coffee in the morning, how guests move through the space in the evening, whether the sofa survives a season of sea air and children.
ABRIS designs interiors for houses, apartments, villas and rental properties across Montenegro. We work with owners who live abroad as often as with those who live here, and the process is built for both.
What the interior project includes
- Survey of the existing space and a plan of what stays and what goes
- Layout options: partitions, openings, furniture placement, tested against how you actually live or rent out
- A complete set of working drawings your contractor can build from without guessing: floors, ceilings, lighting, sockets, plumbing points, wall finishes
- Materials, fixtures, furniture and equipment selected with you, by catalog and budget
- Storage, laundry, technical rooms and the unglamorous decisions that make a home comfortable
- Kitchen and bathroom design as part of the whole, not an afterthought
- Author’s supervision during implementation
Built for real life, and for rental life
If your property earns money in summer, the interior has to survive that too. We specify finishes that take salt air and heavy use, layouts that clean quickly, and spaces that photograph well for booking platforms without looking like a hotel lobby.
If the whole house is changing
When the interior is part of a bigger reconstruction, facade, layout and garden are designed together, and the interior folder becomes one document with the rest. That is usually the cheaper way to do it. See our reconstruction service.
Where we work
Budva, Kotor, Tivat, Bar, Petrovac, the Bay area, Cetinje, Žabljak, and anywhere else in Montenegro your property is.
How the work runs
We start with a survey and a conversation about how the space will be used, then bring layout options, then lock the drawings and specifications. You approve each step before the next one starts, so there are no surprises on site and no changes billed twice.
Tell us about the space
Send photos, a floor plan if you have one, and what you want the rooms to do for you. We will say honestly what is worth changing and what is not.
